This Replacement Quartz Sleeve is for the old style Lifegard Aquatics Pro-MAX 3" 55W Standard High Output UV Sterilizer and the old style Lifegard Aquatics Pro-MAX 5" 55W Standard High Output UV Sterilizer.
 
Note- The old style does NOT have the Internal Locking Assembly on the open, wired end of the UV.
