Shipping Options Lower 48 USA  

  • We will select the most cost effective way to deliver the package to you.

  • We utilize USPS and UPS for larger packages over 1 pound.

 

UPS

  • Ground:            ( Up to 5 Business Days)

  • 3 Day Select:    (3 Business Days)

 

United States Postal Service

  • First Class:      (Typically 4-7 Business Days)

  • Priority Mail:    (Typically 2-3 Business Days)

 

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship the same or next business day.

  • Most orders placed before 10 am Saturday, will ship Saturday for USPS and UPS (Air service only)

  • Sunday orders ship the next business day (Monday).

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse inventory unless drop shipment has been arranged previously.

  • All International orders are shipped USPS only.

 

USPS and UPS do not deliver on holidays such as Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday.

 

Below are a list of Days our shipping partners will be closed and no package delivery or shipping will occur. 

During November and December holiday season please allow extra time for packages to arrive due to larger volume.

Returned Packages due to refusal: 

If the shipment is refused or marked “returned to shipper” by USPS, we will receive the packages back then issue a credit to the customer minus a 10% restocking fee.

Out of Stock Items:

Although we try to stock a high level of inventory on our most popular sellers, we do run out of stock on occasion. You may put in a request to be notified by email when the item is back in stock. Just view the items page and look for the "Notify When Available Button" to do this.

 

Back-order Items:

Back-order items will be shipped at no additional cost.

Damaged Items:

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. All damage claims must be filed with your carrier. We are more than happy to provide you with full assistance in this unlikely event. Please note that orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or rejected due to shipping delays unless express service was requested at the time of ordering.

Return Shipping Instructions:

All returned items should be packed in the same manner as they were originally shipped to you.

Please write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping container (do not mark the product box) or on the shipping label.

 

You are free to use any carrier that you wish but we recommend UPS because all packages shipped via UPS are automatically insured at $100 free of charge and all packages delivered here by UPS are signed for. If you choose USPS we strongly suggest that you purchase Insurance and Signature Confirmation as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during the return trip.

In the event that a package is listed as "Delivered" but cannot be found, only the signature of a Aquatic Connections employee will suffice as proof of delivery to our warehouse.
